Our remote monitoring service

Our remote monitoring service
A remote monitoring service to protect your sites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Electronic security systems detect events in real time, but their effectiveness also depends on the ability to quickly analyze alarms and take appropriate action.

Remote monitoring provides continuous surveillance of your buildings, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As soon as an alarm is triggered, it is handled by specialized operators who follow the procedures defined with your organization: verifying the alarm, handling the incident, notifying authorized personnel, or contacting the appropriate services.

To ensure a high level of availability, Eryma has two APSAD P5-certified remote monitoring centers, located in Paris and Bordeaux. Operating in a fully mirrored configuration, they provide real-time infrastructure redundancy. If one of the centers becomes unavailable, all operations are immediately taken over by the second center, without any interruption in alarm processing.

This setup ensures service continuity and responds to our customers’ requirements.

Caméra de vidéosurveillance

Video patrol

Remote control of on-site cameras to conduct video patrols during specified time slots, replacing physical patrols conducted by security guards.

TLS

Remote video monitoring

Remote monitoring of cameras during a specific time period to ensure the safety of an employee working alone on site who must travel from point A to point B. Example: an employee is responsible for opening a warehouse alone at 5 a.m. Our operators remotely monitor his arrival, as he passes through the gate, crosses the outdoor area, and enters the building.

Management of human security services

Agent de sécurité

Intervention on an alarm

Also known as “physical alarm verification”: an agent goes to the site when an alarm is triggered to determine the cause (actual intrusion or false alarm) and to check for any anomalies on site.

Intervention sur alarme

Human security patrol

This is the first type of precautionary measure in the event of a incident. This service offers you a visual inspection of the protected site at scheduled or random times.

Gardiennage

Security guard services

FAQ – Remote monitoring

Why connect a security system to a remote monitoring center ?

Connecting to a remote monitoring center ensures that alarms are handled around the clock, even outside of business hours. Operators evaluate events, follow the procedures defined with the customer, and ensure continuity of response that cannot be guaranteed by simply sending a message to a phone or email.

What is the difference between an alarm system and a remote monitoring service ?

An alarm system detects an event and triggers an alert. Remote monitoring is the service provided by operators who receive this alert, assess it, follow agreed procedures, and coordinate the necessary actions. This means that remote monitoring serves as the operational extension of electronic security systems.

Why choose an APSAD P5-certified monitoring center ?

APSAD P5 certification attests that the monitoring center complies with high standards in terms of organization, service continuity, infrastructure security, traceability, and the quality of its operations. For business owners, it serves as a guarantee of reliability recognized by security professionals and many insurers.

How can alarm handling procedures be customized ?

Procedures are defined in collaboration with the customer based on their organizational structure, operational constraints, and risk levels. Operators follow these guidelines for each event, ensuring consistent handling that meets the operator’s expectations. The guidelines can be updated at any time through Eryma’s digital remote monitoring service.
